The popular Red Hat’s Under The Brim newsletter is retired. Today’s issue marks the 5th anniversary of Under the Brim and will be the last in line. The historical first issue is here: http://www.redhat.com/advice/speaks_firstutb.html

But this is not so bad news because the Under the Brim will be henceforth known as Red Hat Magazine. And we, the bloggers, have another new blog to read: http://blogs.redhat.com/magazine/

The big news from the last UTB is that officially Red Hat has entered into an agreement to acquire Netscape Security Solutions, including the Netscape Directory Server and Certificate Management System. This purchase, which will be integrated into Red Hat’s Open Source Architecture within the next 6-12 months.
